In previous years, when I searched technical questions on Internet, it frequently lead me to http://www.experts-exchange.com; but right now, the first coming out link is mostly http://stackoverflow.com.

stackoverflow.com is Q&A website for professional and enthusiast programmers, covered in almost all computer technical fields, pretty useful, definitely is a necessary reference and premier choice for professionals.

http://stackoverflow.com/ and its siblings http://stackexchange.com/ are sharing user login information with google account and facebook account, so don’t need to register a new one (that is important for users who don’t want to sign up various account in difference sites).

I got my stackoverflow account by simply sharing with existing google account. Pretty convenient.

The EE (http://www.experts-exchange.com) is a little hard to use, because it needs to buy a paid-subscription and upgrade to Premium Membership to view the solution.
